Yes, we have partnered with Cookaborough to make ordering Pam Pam meals more accessible for customers with HCP/NDIS. Please head to the menu here and click follow to register.

How do the gift cards work?

We have a great selection of gift cards for your friends and loved ones. Simply head to the Gift Card section under shop and choose the design or event you're after.

Purchase the product as you normally would through our check out. The gift card will be delivered to you via email for you to download, print or email to your friend.

If there is an amount or event you want that we don't have online, send us an email and we will create it within 24 hours.

Do you deliver to my suburb?

Currently, Pam Pam deliver to areas of New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory, Queensland, Victoria and South Australia.

If you're unsure, use the tool at the top of the page to confirm based on your post code.

Alternatively, from the cart you can input your post code below the sub total price. This will tell you if we can deliver to your area and also it will give you the dates we can deliver.

When can I expect my delivery?

If you place your order before SUNDAY MIDNIGHT, you will receive your order the following week.

When you add your items to the cart, you will be prompted to enter your postcode. Once you've entered your postcode, you will be able to choose a specific day/date that is available.

Is there a minimum order or delivery fees?

No, you can order as little or as much as you like.

However, shipping does decrease the more meals you order. 

Orders $49.99 and under, delivery is $20

Orders $50 to $74.99, delivery is $15

Orders $75 to $118.99, delivery is $10

All orders over $119, delivery is free!!

What's the delivery process like?

We have a cut off every SUNDAY MIDNIGHT. We pack all orders on Monday and will deliver them to you according to our delivery schedule table.

We will send an email confirming the delivery date on Monday night.

There will be a text message from the courier with tracking sent the night before the delivery date at 8.00 - 8.30 pm and have a follow-up message once delivery has been completed.

How the meals delivered and maintain their temperature?

Our meals are ready meal. Pre-prepared and deliver frozen.

Our food prepared using fresh ingredients and freeze them as soon as they’re made.

It’s safe and hygienic and it locks in flavour and nutrientsIt gives food a long shelf-life.

Our meals keep in courier's freezer warehouse and delivered using freezer truck throughout transit.

We have ice packs and insulator to maintain temperature of your box.

Our insulator which made from newspaper and 100 percent recyclable can keep and maintain your food in frozen condition for up to 48 hours depending on weather.

What if I am not at home on the delivery date on schedule?

The courier will left the cartons in the safe area. You can also left delivery instructions in our cart page.

Food Information

Are your products Vegan Friendly?

Yes, all our dishes are 100 % vegan!

Are any meals gluten-free?

Unfortunately, this isn't something we offer as of yet. But this may be something we will provide in the future.

However, we currently do have meals that have low gluten. These meals have nearly no gluten in them except the soy sauce that has a tiny amount of wheat.

Is any dish spicy? I cannot eat spicy food.

No worries! Most of our dish are not spicy. Only Green Curry and Panang Curry dish are spicier than the other dishes.

You can click each product page and scroll to the bottom to find Nutritional information.

Do any of the dishes contain alcohol? 

Yes, some dishes contain alcohol. They are the following:

- Teriyaki Tempeh

- Signatures dumpling soy sauce

- Miso Ramen (Miso contain alcohol)

- Mushroom dumplings, Pork basil dumplings, XLB Pork and Mushroom dumpling, come with soy sauce that has alcohol, but the dumpling themselves don't have.

- The vegetable spring rolls and Pork Spring Roll come with a sweet and sour dipping sauce, which has alcohol. However, the spring rolls themselves don't have alcohol.

How do I find foods the suit my allergy or dietary requirements?

We understand that every body is different so we've made it easy for you to find the foods that suit your allergies and dietary requirements.

On the left side of our shopping page, you will find many filters to help you navigate our meals.

If you have any specific questions about the foods that aren't listed, get in contact and we will endevour to help.

Which meals have no garlic and no onion?

We have a great selection of meals and snacks without garlic or onion. When you're on the shopping page - you can click in the dietary filter on thea left and click on 'No Onion, No Garlic' and you can check out the full range.

Which dishes don't contain mushrooms? I have a gut problem.

We have a great selection of meals and snacks without mushrooms.

Subscription Information

What is benefit of Pam Pam Subscription?

1) One of the main benefits is that you don't have to worry about placing order before the cut off Sunday cut off each week.

2) Your discount is automatically applied at the checkout. Get 20 % off your first order and then 15 % off all future orders.

3) You will get a free meal of the week selected by us when you spend $149 (before discounts) to your subscription. If you want to have a specific item, you can send us a message.

How can I manage my subscription?

When you place your order, you will recieve an email confirming your subscription. (Double check your promotions folder if you don't get it right away).

Within this email, there will be a button you can click to manage your subscription. This will automatically connected to you based on your email.

This link expires after 7 days. The link will be sent again 2 days before the next order is dispatched. However, we encourage you to REGISTER for a Pam Pam account. Make sure to use the same email address you used to place your subscription order.

When does my next order generate?

All orders are processed through our systems on Sunday.

The time of processing depends on what time you originally placed your order. Example: You placed your original order with us on Wednesday at 1 pm, then our system will process the following orders on Sunday 1pm.

The frequency of the orders being processed will be depending on the order frequency you chose. The new order will generate the Sunday before your next order is due to arrive.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Yes! To pause your subscription, just go to your dashboard.

You won’t receive any further charges or deliveries until you unpause it again.

Or, you can cancel completely going to the Subscription Settings page on your Dashboard.

Can I change my subscription?

Absolutely! The power is in your hands!

To change frequency, meal options or payment details, simply log into your dashboard.

Do you have a minimum order for subscription ?

No, we don't. You can order in any amount but the more meals you order, shipping fee decrease plus if you order more than 149 dollars we will add FREE 1 surprise meal of week for you.

The shipping fee are as follows;

Orders $49.99 and under, delivery is $20

Orders $50 to $74.99, delivery is $15

Orders $75 to $148.99, delivery is $10

All orders over $149, delivery is free!!

Can I change my meals in subscription?

Yes, you can. If you need to make changes to your meals, you should do so before your orders process each week on Sunday and edit your meals for the coming delivery cycle.

To do this simply log into your account (via the menu or 'person' symbol on our website) and click on Manage Subscription. On the right hand side you will see that there are options to pause, skip, cancel and resume your meal box subscription.

We will send email on Friday to remind you about upcoming order.
