Originating from the Indian subcontinent, Daal is a comforting dish made from slow-simmered lentils and aromatic spices. We’ve taken this timeless classic and created a plant-based, ready-to-eat version paired with fragrant jasmine rice.
Daal with Rice is a nourishing mix of red lentils, tomato, onion, garlic and ginger, gently spiced with cumin, coriander, turmeric, garam masala, mustard seeds and a touch of Kashmiri chilli. The result is a creamy, mild curry that’s warming and satisfying without being too spicy.
Our version is gluten-free and perfectly portioned, with fluffy rice to balance the rich lentil base. This is the ideal meal when you’re after something wholesome, comforting and full of natural flavour.

Cooking Instruction
Microwave
- Pierce film once or peel the lidding film
- Microwave on HIGH (1000W) for 5 minutes (from frozen) or until heated through.
- Allow to stand for 1 minute before peeling off the film and stirring the food.
CAUTION: The meal will be very hot

Currently, Pam Pam deliver to areas of New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory, Queensland, Victoria and South Australia.

Alternatively, from the cart you can input your post code below the sub total price. This will tell you if we can deliver to your area and also it will give you the dates we can deliver.
When can I expect my delivery?
If you place your order before SUNDAY MIDNIGHT, you will receive your order the following week on the date of your choosing (based on availability)
When you add your items to the cart, you will be prompted to enter your postcode. Once you've entered your postcode, you will be able to choose a specific day/date that is available.
What's the delivery process like?
We have a cut off every SUNDAY MIDNIGHT. We pack all orders on Monday and will deliver them to you according to our delivery schedule table.
We will send an email confirming the delivery date on Monday night.
There will be a text message from the courier with tracking sent the night before the delivery date at 8.00 - 8.30 pm and have a follow-up message once delivery has been completed.
What if I am not at home on the delivery date on schedule?
No worries! You can let us know in a customer note in check out what date you want it to be delivered. We also can deliver on weekends in most areas if you are at work on weekdays.
Are there any delivery fees?
All orders over $119 have free delivery; otherwise, please refer to the live rates at the checkout.
