Laksa is a spicy noodle soup originally from Malaysia. It's savoury, tangy and satisfying. This healthy meal is made from a blend of puff tofu, coconut-based Laksa curry paste and fresh vegetables like broccoli, carrots and button mushrooms

Coconut milk, noodle (wheat flour, water, acidity regulator), red curry paste (dried red chilli, garlic, shallot, salt, lemongrass, sugar, kaffir lime, galangal, spices (coriander seeds, cumin, cardamom), Acidity regulator), puff tofu (Australian soybean extract, nigari, canola oil, water), broccoli, button mushroom, carrot, chilli paste (red chilli, shallot, garlic, sugar, tamarind juice, soybean oil, water, salt, soy sauce(water, soybean, wheat, salt, sugar, acidity regulator), curry powder (coriander seed, dried chilli, aniseed, cumin seed, turmeric, cinnamon, star anise, white pepper, fenugreek, nutmeg, cardamon), rice bran oil

Serving Size

Serving Instructions

Microwave

1. Open the lid of the container. Place it in the microwave. 
2. Heat in microwave on HIGH (1000W) for 5 mins. Remove and stir. 
3. Heat on HIGH for a further 1 min until heat through. 

Stovetop

Pour soup into a saucepan and slowly bring it to boil, stirring frequently
